Team
Director & Managing Partner
Brendan leads client relationships, project development, contracts, financial oversight, and permitting coordination. His work sits at the point where scope, cost, schedule, and site reality have to stay aligned.
Construction Manager / Partner
Dylan leads the site side of the work: trade coordination, daily construction decisions, quality control, documentation, and deficiency follow-through.
Interior Designer
Sydney leads interior design and selections — space planning, finishes, fixtures, and the material decisions that carry a project from layout to finished room.
Carpenter Apprentice
Jaden supports WDB’s site work as a carpenter apprentice, working under the construction leads as project details are carried through on site.
Island trade network
WDB coordinates Vancouver Island trades and regional suppliers around each project’s scope, material requirements, and construction sequence.
